Research Interests Role of neuropeptides and neurosteroids on physiological and pathophysiological (stress) conditions. Specifically, we study the role of the above molecules: on cutaneous wound healing and skin pathologies; on inflammation and inflammation-induced analgesia; on the molecular mechanisms and the signaling pathways involved in the interaction between neuropeptides/neurosteroids and pain.
