NEURO 103: Principles and methods used for the study of the Nervous System
The Methodology in Neuroscience course aims to familiarize the graduate students with the experimental approaches used in the study of the nervous system. In addition, it aims to make them familiar with the terminology used in neuroscience publications. The methods taught cover a large spectrum of approaches starting from the molecular analysis of genes important in the nervous system to modern drug design. The course focuses on the understanding of the basic principles underlying the relevant methodologies that are taught.
